Appointment Availability - We are open Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m and Saturdays 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m

To Make an Appointment:

• Please speak to our receptionist on 0208 888 2308.
  
• By leaving a message on our answer service - our Receptionist will call you back. Please ensure you leave your name and contact number, speaking clearly and slowly and spelling any unusual names.
  
• In person.

Please noteTherapists will require a first appointment deposit - details from our Receptionist.

Availability of Therapists

Some therapists are flexible, offering day, evening or weekend appointments. Others are available at specific times. Please contact us for more details

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, PLEASE CALL us on 0208 888 2308. If you get the answer machine please leave a message stating slowly and clearly:

• That you wish / need to cancel
  
• Your name and telephone number
  
• The date and time of your appointment
  
• Name of your Therapist and / or the Therapy you are having.

We will confirm that we have received your message and make arrangements for an alternative date / time.

Please note that cancellation by email WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If you need to cancel with 24 hours (or less) notice, the Therapist will charge you the full session fee.
