Osteopath, Most

Bronwyn qualified in 2022 from the University College of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathy. Her dissertation focused on chronic insomnia and how manual therapy can support better sleep, reflecting her interest in the connection between physical health and rest.

Before training as an Osteopath, Bronwyn worked as a personal trainer, and she continues to integrate movement and exercise into her treatments. She has a special interest in how daily habits and lifestyle factors contribute to pain, discomfort, and poor sleep. Every treatment session is tailored to the individual, ensuring a well-rounded approach that considers posture, movement patterns, and stress management.

As a former competitive swimmer and keen athlete, Bronwyn understands the demands placed on the body and the importance of staying active. Now, she enjoys yoga and follows a philosophy that any movement is good movement, everyone can find a way to incorporate movement into their life, no matter their ability or routine.
